To get to Tulum you can rent a car, take a shared van, or take the ADO bus. The bus is the cheapest option. It costs around $12 USD per person for a direct bus. You can find an ADO bus kiosk in the airport alongside the rental car kiosks as you exit the airport OR you can pay for your ticket outside near the bus stop. We relied on taxis to get around, as one person in our party was not able to walk that far. Taxis were very expensive, USD $$30 to go

They are about 3 miles apart and there is a nice sidewalk so biking is a great way to get around. The taxis will take you anywhere you need to go in Tulum including nearby cenotes , ruins, etc. Generally, Tulum is a tough place to navigate for travelers with disabilities.
